Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters (HIPPY)

This early learning and literacy home-visiting program is available to families with children ages 2 to 5 years old. Through HIPPY, home visitors (AmeriCorps members) serve families and caregivers in multiple languages. Parents learn how to use the evidence-based curriculum to enhance their child’s overall development, strengthen parent-child learning, and sets the stage for school success.

Incredible Years

Our evidence-based groups provide adult caregivers with strategies and skills for the vital role of raising children.

  • Incredible Babies supports pregnant mothers and families with infants under the age of 9 months. The group engages both the infant and their adult caregiver(s).
  • Incredible Years Preschool Group focuses on strategies useful for 3- to 8-year-olds. Adults attend the sessions to learn strategies for promoting compliance, regulation, problem solving, and school readiness.
  • Dina School focuses on children under the age of 7. The sessions cover regulation, problem solving, and friendship building, as well as other social and emotion skills that promote school success.

Outpatient Therapy

We offer traditional office-setting therapy for families who have children 0-7 years old. Our multi-generation approach engages parents, families, and caregivers in the intervention and weaves evidence-based screening, assessment, consultation, trauma intervention, psychoeducation, and mental health therapy into the experience. Outpatient Therapy is available through family-based sessions as well as a variety of groups. We also offer perinatal and post-partum maternal mental health support for families during and after pregnancy.

Parents as Teachers (PAT)

This evidence-based, home-visiting program works with families from prenatal to 3 years old. Home visits focus on developmental, health, and responsive relationships and encourage families to set individualized goals. Case management and collaboration with other community resources are integrated as needed. Children receive screenings and assessments to monitor vision, hearing, health, and general development.

SafeCare® Colorado

Designed for families with children ages 5 and under, SafeCare® Colorado helps adults learn how to:

  • Increase positive behaviors
