Operating out of the Hazel Chick Center in downtown Greeley, our intensive support programs provide varying levels of intentional and effective support to help people overcome substance abuse and compounding mental health issues and get back to life.
- Intensive Outpatient Services offer morning and afternoon tracks with support levels that increase or decrease, based on individual needs.
- Transitional Residential Treatment helps people focus on moving toward community living and employment.
- Intensive Residential Treatment is a 24/7 staff-supported sober living treatment option that focuses on life skills, relapse prevention, healthy relationships, and behavior change.
- Recovery Services provide relapse prevention support for clients who are successful in recovery.
