North Range Behavioral Health and Island Grove Regional Treatment Center will be purging files for the year 2015. It is the policy of NRBH to retain clinical records for ten (10) years from the last date of clinical contact with the exception of minors which are retained for ten (10) years past the age of majority (18). All clinical records for 2015 will be destroyed unless we receive notification from consumers. If you do not wish for your information to be destroyed, please contact Medical Records at 1300 N. 17th Avenue, Greeley, CO 80631, or call (970) 347-2120 by Monday, April 20th, 2026.
