It Knows No Face – Weld County is an inspiring exhibit featuring portraits and stories from local suicide survivors. Created by acclaimed artist Randy Bacon and presented by North Range Behavioral Health's Suicide Education & Support Services, this exhibit encourages connection, reduces stigma, and promotes hope, healing, and suicide prevention.

Open to the public. No cost.

Create Your Own HOPE Box

Join us at Centennial Park Library for a crafting program in recognition of Suicide Awareness & Prevention Month. Library patrons will have the opportunity to create their own HOPE Box/Kit — a personalized collection of items designed to inspire hope, encourage self-care, and offer comfort during difficult times.

Each HOPE Box may include:

  • Personal and sentimental items
  • Positive messages and affirmations
  • Sensory and calming tools
  • Personal goals and aspirations
  • Local mental health and crisis resources

HOPE boxes serve as a tangible reminder that life is worth living and can help ground individuals in moments of emotional crisis, grief, or despair.

Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) Suicide Prevention Training

Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) is a nationally recognized certification-based course focused on reducing suicidal behaviors by providing innovative, practical and proven suicide prevention strategies. Presented by the North Range Behavioral Health Suicide Education and Support Services team, QPR provides basic level suicide prevention information, outreach, and education, and details how to ask for and give help and where to find referral information. The intention is to identify and interrupt the crisis and direct that person to the proper care. Similarly to CPR, QPR is an emergency first aid mental health intervention designed to increase positive outcomes for suicidal persons until professional help can arrive.

Join us for this important session in honor of Suicide Prevention Month, and learn how you could help save the life of a friend, colleague, loved one, or neighbor.

Registration is not required, but attendees can register to receive a reminder for the program. Maximum attendance is contingent on program capacity. All attendees must be 18+.
